Our Beginning
It wasn’t by chance; it was a calling. Don Markland, after steering a financial powerhouse to the forefront of the U.S. tax resolution sector and sharing his insights on global stages like Forbes, crafted the blueprint for business success in his seminal work, “The 4Cs of Accountability.” This wasn’t just another business strategy—it was a revolution in accountability, focusing not on the missteps but on every choice that defines a business.
What became clear is that Accountability isn’t about pointing fingers at mistakes; it’s the bedrock of owning every decision, celebrating every victory, and learning from every setback.
Later, Forbes featured our Founder and “The 4Cs” on their Forbes Podcast, the path was clear, and Accountability Now came to life.
When “The 4Cs” launched, the response was electric. Leaders hungry for change in their business and in their leadership, sought out Don’s expertise, eager to infuse their businesses with a culture of accountability. They wanted to install better accountability in their organization, build stronger systems, and find a new way of operating.
