She currently leads Accountability Now’s Medical Practice Division, including EyeCare+, the firm’s dedicated growth program for optical businesses.
Before joining Accountability Now, Katie served as Practice Administrator for St. Johns Eye Associates, where she helped scale the organization into a $10M+ multi-location, multi-lane practice—widely recognized as a benchmark of operational excellence in the optical industry. Her leadership transformed every part of the patient experience, from systems and pricing to culture and profitability.
Katie is a trusted strategic partner to top industry brands like Essilor, ABB Optical, Johnson & Johnson, and others. She is known nationally as a go-to expert in lab process and design, coding and compliance, pricing strategy, and practice growth for providers and teams alike. Whether guiding private equity-backed groups or independent clinics, Katie’s approach is grounded, data-driven, and built to last.
She holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology from Georgia Southern University. Today, she continues to help practice owners step out of the daily grind and into the CEO seat—building scalable, sustainable businesses with clarity and control.
